A bite of warm, fresh from the oven yeast bread tastes like southern comfort and feels like Grandma’s house – or at least I like to think so – and I am grateful to share this with you.

Hummingbird Bakehouse specializes in yeast breads, cinnamon rolls, and cookies. I bake everything myself in my little kitchen built in the 60s, in a tiny oven, and with a happy (mostly) toddler practicing her letters at the table. When you enjoy a loaf of bread, a cinnamon roll, or a bakery-style chocolate chip cookie, you are supporting us – a tiny family, in a tiny home, with a lot of love – and I could never say thank you enough.
